Two 60 Minute Private Coaching Calls Per Month

These calls are focused, intentional, and customized to where you are right now.

Call Availability
Coaching calls are held Tuesday through Thursday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM CST.
All calls are scheduled in advance to protect focus and consistency.

Ongoing Messaging Support via Band

Between calls, you have access to me inside our private Band space.

This is where you can:
• Ask questions as they come up
• Get feedback on decisions before you make them
• Talk through situations with staff or clients
• Stay out of overthinking and spirals
• Get support without waiting weeks for your next call

This messaging access is what keeps momentum going instead of losing steam between sessions.
